My version of multiplayer/singleplayer turnbased simultaneous movements
in Galactic Civilizations III
The Goal: All Players will do their turns simultaneous, but unlike CIV5 or Endless Space you cant hit an Enemy spaceship by just clicking faster then your Opponent. I dont want this only for speedup the game, i want to have another tactical component too. The solution: Each round will have two phases. The movement-/plan
