Quoting Jam Sandwich, reply 88 Yeah, look, you're wrong. You're wrong because you're guessing on the thinnest of clues and because you have no idea of what the hell QT3 is or Brad's relationship is or who angie and Matt are. *laughs* Sorry you are just being hilarious. Yes, the issue is just so complex. Her hubby gets banned and two days later, bam, here comes the first review she's written since the st

It's clear you people have no reading comprehension. Angie/Unnammomer reviews laughably horrible books, it's part of what she does. She doesn't spit when she says his name and she's entirely reasonable. For those of you experiencing problems Demigod now works with the excellent 3rd party matching service GameRanger , no need to mess with Hamachi.

I think what he's saying is that Demigod doesn't trap the mouse inside it's screen so you can accidently move your mouse outside the maximized window on one monitor and click minimizing the game. I've never tried it in a match but it definatelty happens at the menus.
I'm fairly sure the AI cheats. It wouldn't be the first time a game company 'enhanced' difficulty settings by throwing in tweaks to the AI as improvements to it's game play. You said the Vampire Lord "skyrockets to level 13 before we even hit 5". That alone implies the higher difficulty setting gives the AI more xp per kill. Using that line of thought, it makes sense the AI will also receive more gold per kill allowing it to purchase

Thats exactly what someone would think anyway, most companies don't toss out a big game and not try to work on some of the exposed problems on day 1. Wh

I know it is just released but for the love of God! Battlenet and WC3 was the best launch of any game like this. I wish they would read these boards and fix problems like this asap. The problem mentioned here cannot be a problem on the user end... seeming we have multiple of people experiencing it.......[/q
Windows may fail to create a local socket. There's a million reasons for this unfortunately and your options are to try to rejoin a game or try hosting the game instead. It's not terribly common but feels very common when it happens to you. It will be more common if you have an older router as we have learned that older consumer routers are more likely to be problematic when opening sockets.

My wish list, for what it's worth: More Demigods including: Geezer (little old man Chris Taylor came up with who looks harmless but can switch into a really scary thing think Nakor from the Raymond E. Feist books), A Builder Demigod who can construct things on the map (various little defenses, totems that do special things, etc.) , An Elemental that has various spells of earth, fire, water, and air, and a

Sorry about this but I just re-installed the game and I'm trying to make heads or tails of the new tech trees. I remember an old journal post by Brad but I can't seem to find it, and google reveals nothing. So anyway I was wondering if someone could link me a good explanation of the various tech trees. Without that I'm not sure I want to go through all the trial and error it would take to find the tech trees that agree with my playstyles.

2 SSD's in raid 0, dear mother fracking *(& thats got to be expensive, though I expect the performance gain will also be quite hefty. I realize why you didn't go all out with the video card, not a whole lot of extra performance there with work but the temptation, oooo the temptation when already putting all that in there.

This is my personal preference, and I really am setting the limit here on what is considered inappropriate and what is not. Most people will be disgruntled if they would pay full admittance price for a cinema ticket and then find out they are in an unprofessionally made student film, no matter how good it actually is. And they'd be right, too.And I agree, I should have waited. But since
The problem with that method is that running the wave generator takes up more energy than is given off if the hydrogren were recovered. Also you have the problem of having elemental O-- being produced, which is highly reactive (hence why the water appears to be burning, the O-- it ripping the H+/H2 and reforming water). For reference O and H are natural dimers. The exist in nature as O2 and H2. If separated, they are higly reactive. Also, even though it may work with ocean water, salt wate
You raise some valid points. Hydrogen is less efficient than electricity in the fact that you lose energy making it, then again when it is used where electricity only loses when you use it. That's a basic principle of thermodynamics - a process with fewer steps is inherently more efficient. The one bonus hydrogen has is that it is a great storage medium, and storing electricity is a pain. Take a good look at an electric car, and compute how much of the cost of the car is batteries.
A product will only sell into a subset of a given market. Therefore, you should make sure your product exists in as large as a market as you can practically support. In the case of Crysis, they made a game that would only run on a very small % of the PCs out there. One wonders how well a console game would do if it required users with said console to go out and upgrade some part of it just for that game. Can you get the expansion via Stardock, or do you have to get the Collectors edition sold in stores. I checked their forums and they said Born of Blood hasn't been released for retail in Canada or the US, so I'm wondering if the Stardock version has it built in or if need to buy the collectors in a Store.
