Does that event make all planets (even the ones that were not habitable to begin with ) habitable, or only one that hadn't been colonized yet (ie: habitable, but not colonized)?

I've not had a problem having more than one capital ship in a fleet, even with my logistics level at 16.

I'm an American serviceman living in the UK. The local BX didn't carry GalCivII on the retail shelf, so I had no choice but to buy it online. Had it been available here, I would've purchased the CE. As it stands, I got the game as soon as I bought it (via d/l), plus I've got a hard copy on the way. It's win/win for me.

Unfortunately, Stardock apparently doesn't have a deal with the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), so we're not likely to see any on the shelves of our PX/BXs. Good thing I could order it online.

I purchased GCII after succumbing to the ever-powerful Octopus Overlords Forum Effect (OOFE). After reading rave review after rave review, I plunked down my $50 (I got the d/l and boxed version) and was not disappointed. The only game that will likely displace GCII in sheer numbers of forum threads on OO will be Oblivion . But GCII won't go quietly...that's a given. Stardock
