Same Problem here, Both my CE serial numbers seem useless and I've been getting nowhere with tech support for a week. I had another account for GC 1 with a different name and email. I don't know how they could have got confused. Would sure like to play with the patch. I also pre ordered GC2 and bought GC 1. This is a drag.

Hi, installed the patch, but it wont accept either my game or collectors edition serial number I've tried entering in it under "register products" on stardock to no avail, anyone know how to get the game working with the patch? this is driving me insane. emailed tech support monday night all I got is a form letter response. would sure like to play with the patch. How do I download the collectors editions upgrade/patch, the link on the main page says "i am not registered", I registered using the CD key on the CD case but then I downloaded stardock and updated my registration with the collector edition CD Key do I need to uninstall/reinstall register? Thanks
