Well, you have to put into the fact whether or not you're powerful or not. If you are powerful then they won't let you have it unless you are on very good terms with them and/or allied with them. But if you are whimpy they'll allow the trade because you aren't much of a threat.

There should be a window that pops up and asks you if you want to have only jewellery or everything. Because sometimes I too miss this feature.

Rare but annoying bug! in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Theres a bug that when you buy a ship design, then obselete it, then the planet that bought the ship design will forever say it's 0 weeks away. This has happened TWICE to me and both time to my homeworld because I forgot to upgrade my ships before I started assigning and buying ships! I know it's a matter of common sense, but this bug shouldn't be here anyways. Thanks for any help

Just right click it and get the the URL, then put the URL into the address bar and then it should work. It worked for me. BTW, why do you still use Laser Mark V's when you have Large hulls?

Theres two parts of the L object, either one above or below the object you used for one side there should be a object that is a properly rotated version of it. The icons can be misleading...

Are you running a program like FRAPS? It'll have to be, sense the in-game FPS counter is on the left side, not the upper right.

EaW isn't complete crap... though Tim at CAD says that the only thing really redeeming it is that it's set in the Star wars universe. Otherwise the game would be screwed. I wonder how many people who download a game eventually go out and buy the game.

No need, they can make grav' rings in/around the space station to simulate gravity. IMO thats whats those rotating things are. They might also have internal ones too.

I downloaded and are running the SmartExpection program, GalCiv2 has crashed TWICE and NOTHING has shown up in SmartExpection's Expection list. No dumps to email, nothing. How do you get this to work? Thanks for any help.
