Multiple things, I have had the 'can't fleet up' and 'fleets won't move for consecutive turns' already described by others. The 'can't fleet up' glitch makes me unable to sometimes fleet one ship up with another, withing the logistics limit that is, and some times the glitch even creates a 'empty fleet' which stacked on the other ships (a empty sqaure with a logistics count of 0). I think the whole hardpoint system could be done better (my opinion of course). The modifiers are hard to work with, what would be perfect is the possibility to select a component, then choose it's orientation using some options (up-down-etc).

I'd like to be able to reach a ships option screen or upgrade ships while in a fleet or while on the same tile as other ships (maybe this is already possible, in that case I haven't found out how).

When I select a ship component from the list and hit remove, the thumbnail of the componant sometimes stays in the list (while the part is gone). When I choose components by clicking on them on the model, this never happens. Sometimes the game starts scrolling up automatically (save-load returns back to normal). Creating fleets sometimes just doesn't work. I select the ships I want in the fleet, check my logistics count, and click create fleet but nothing happens.

Try reacquiring your serials here: https://www.stardock.com/support.asp I somehow got another serial then I received when I ordered the game. Paste the key in both boxes, and register. hat worked for me. The desktop team looks great btw, apart from the start bar. The folder texts in it are barely readable...

I reordered the download version a couple of days ago, so I assume that I got the collectors edition, though when I visit the 'upgrade link' it says that I'm eligible for an update to the collectors edition (though that seems to be the boxed one). Where exactly can the extra ship components and windows theme be found?

Personally I always like to play turn based strategy games with friends behind one PC (hoseat mode). In that case there isn't really any time pressure, we just look at what the other person is doing.

Thanks Graviton, but I already tried that several times. I get no serial key, but so do a lot of other people in this thread that do get a confirmation mail. I also mailed stardock (sales) about 15 hours ago, but so far no word from there either.

I didn't get any mail at all. After check out I was forwarded to the search page of the shop. I don't really have the courage to try again untill I know for certain that I haven't ordered yet.
