A good Christian man such as himself should have known there's only one book that's worth reading.
Pa-raise-ah the Lord-ah, Cacto! As to the article: Everyone who e-mails me on a regular basis knows that if they forward anything like this to me - heartwarming, warning-filled, anything forwarded for any reason - I'm not going to talk to them for awhile. Ask my little sister. She forwards me some cute picture of babies and ange
No offence Larry, but this is like the 'Dan Quayle' talking point on steroids.
Only measured, metered, and true. I'm afraid that the Republicans did lock it up with this decision, despite her failings. And things will continue to get worse for the next four years.
Indeed, and Democrats can't act innocent to fund-raising lies, soundbytes and malicious smear-campaigning either.
I know. I'm increasingly disaffected by both major parties. Frankly, I think they should both be done away with.

The deskscape is stalled when you open any full-screen app - games included - then starts up again when you exit. I've seen no effect on my gaming performance when I have Deskscapes enabled over when I've got a static wally.
is this a simple lie to raise money
No. It was a malicious, deliberate lie. There's a difference. Isn't politics wonderful?

I could, too. However, if you want to be self-sufficient, go download IrfanView , install it, and then you can easily crop the picture (drag a box and click 'crop picture') or resize (hit 'resize/resample'). Super-simple.

Why do you dislike Vista so much? Do you have actual experience with the OS or have you just bought in to the anti-hype? I use Vista on a daily basis and prefer it over XP in nearly every respect.
But as far as theology and the groups you mentioned....for me it would be the Calvary Chapal group.
Ah, I remember Calvary Chapel in Albuquerque. I don't think I've ever met a more divisive, vitriolic group of people in my life. Maybe they're not like that other places, but that's how every single attendee I met in Albuquerque acted.
The best choice would be- hands down- COLIN POWELL.
Great idea except for the way the Bush Administration and the Republican Party stabbed him in the face during his tenure as Chief of State. They were total douches to him, and I hope he doesn't forget it. They don't deserve him in the slightest.
I just can't do it. I tried to keep an open mind but sorry I have too many reservations about the man. He's not ready. He's not the guy. I can't do it - not even for Hillary.
I understand. He's not getting my vote either, but for different reasons. Just DON'T vote for McCain, Boudica. I know you better than that. Vote Nader (with me) in '08! Wow, guys. Just let that predisposition to detest everything out of the woman's mouth to color your vision of an incredible speech. REAL classy.

It was quite the impressive, impassioned speech; her supporters should have gotten the message. I sat back, watching, rather blown away by her; she, for lack of a more eloquent way of putting it, kicked ass.
