Problems with Windowblinds/suite in New Users WinCustomize Forums

I'm having a problem with windowblinds/suite, I'm a new user so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. I can get the suite/skin to apply and it works good for the first application. Its when I wish to change to another skin that I run into problems. I go to apply the new skin and nothing happens on the screen..It will say that the second on is applied but the only thing that shows on the screen is the first skin.
