Since both the primary and secondary are using the default normal cursor, everything is finally working fine. However, I would be interested in why it is not possible in using the OS feature to increase the size the cursor when using multiplicity, especially when using the same configuration on both the primary and secondary? I don't recall this being a problem prior to the Windows 10, version 2004 -- unless I am mistaken about this.

Also are you using the OS feature to increase the size of your mouse cursor? I just changed the cursor on both the primary and the secondary to 1 point, no color. NOW, there is no cursor size change when the it moves from one PC to the other. This really confuses me, but for now, it appears this issue is solved. Thanks for all of the suggestio

I s your primary computer a multi monitor setup and if so are the two monitors set to the same scaling factor? Yes, the 2nd monitor is extended. Same scaling on both monitors. With the secondary PC now updated to 2004 May update, same winver as the primary PC, the cursor issue is continuing. Hence this leads me to believe that Multiplicity version 3.44 can't tolerate 2024. It would be nice to hear from Support

Additional info on this... I decided to re-install windows (I was on 2004 May 2020) thinking that with re-installing from the cloud, my PC would revert to 1909, the same as the secondary PC. BUT, no it did not, Windows 2004 was re-installed, and after getting Multiplicity reinstalled, the cursor size on the Primary would be changed when the cursor moved from the secondary to the primary. So, now I am in the process of forcing the 2004 May update on the secondary PC.&nbsp

One other note, I also have a third PC working with multiplicity. When I look into the advanced firewall information, both entries for StarDock multiplicity show the profile as "Public" and the Windows defender firewall is on. The profile of both entries on the remote desktop PC mentioned in my above post shows "Private". Why would that be?

My second desktop computer this morning was updated with the spring creators update and immediately I lost multiplicity functionality. I could not get multiplicity on the primary PC to recognize the remote PC. I first uninstalled and then reinstalled multiplicity on the remote which did not help. Windows Creators 2017-05 cumulative update KB4020102 in Multiplicity Stardock Forums

I had installed Windows Creator early April when it first was introduced. One other cumulative update was installed to my system on May 10 (KB4016871). Reply to [HELP] Fences 2.13 fences missing and icons within. in Fences Stardock Forums

I have the same issue. An entire fence with all of its icons went missing. But the those missing icons still show if I go to the desktop folder. If I try to drag one of them to a newly created fence, Windows 10 reports that the icon is already there. Very strange. I would hope that the missing fence is recoverable. Bill

Remote vs. Extended screens in Multiplicity Stardock Forums

I was hoping that multiplicity would offer extended screens as well on the secondary computer. Remote Computer control is fine, but every now and then I need to spread out with a big project and use the big monitor of the secondary computer as a 3rd monitor of my primary computer.
