I know you add cheats at the end of the exe, but I cannot find any of the codes to do so

I neeeed this, its been in every Galactic Civilizations game since the beginning of the century, (the terror star) but whats upsetting is, theres no mention of it... Ill happily buy it in a dlc or something, but I think the game is missing it as a means of showing how far and crazy technology can go in this wonderful sandbox game. Also an opposite technology would be cool like creating worlds/ terraforming dead planets to habitable planets, creating alien races and life via technology,
