I am currently having issues with this game. I found it to be severely bugged, with apparently a memory leak causing the computer to crash after a while, on a PC largely above requirements. It also becomes corrupt, so I now had to reinstall it twice already, having bought it about a week ago. Stardock does not support it, and sends to the developer's website for support. As for them, they do not support it, either. What they have instead is a 'Support Forum'. I browsed

Apparently, post editing does not work, so I add here: I checked your link, this is definitely a more recent website from the same company, and I do not believe that it exosted yet at the time (or I would have found it then). It definitely have patches to V1.40, but... not for the english version. Not good enough to buy it.

I played the SE series since SE3. As a matter of fact, one of the last patches to SE3 was initiated after one of my bug reports. I know it because that fix did not do anything else than fix a major bug which I had fully documented I did not like SE4 demo, so I passed on that one. I Played StarFury instead (their game, not the other one with that name that came later from another game company.

I downloaded the demo a while back. Played it, found too many bugs... so I decided to report them and wait. Went to their website: the 'support' there is only a Q&A, no contact provided for anything they did not cover (and that was not much). Eventually, I sent the bugs info to the only email address they provided, which was not for that purpose. Never received any form of answer. Several months on, I check again: - no change to the demo. - no patch to download
