I was told to expect excellent customer service, and I did. Thanks very much :) And I'm glad to see it was an honest mistake.

I hope so.. As for getting Object Desktop Ultimate, I'll pass on that.. Price aside, there is nothing other than Icon Packager I want.. I already make my own custom themes, so I don't need Window Blinds, and the rest is stuff that holds no interest to me at all.. Hell if I was still in XP I would be changing icons manually, and still have no need for icon packager, but as it is not in Windows 7, that is more trouble than it's worth, so I decided to take the "easy" way..
I have enabled the Show Pre-Release Versions.. Nothing. I've also contacted support just after making this post, no response yet.
The requirements on the product page should reflect the requirements of the product sold today. Not a future product that as far as I know has no release date, and no guarantee that the an upgrade from 4 to 5 will be free.
I purchased this under the assumption that when it says Windows 7, that means it will install. Now, $20CAD later, I get this message on impulse "This program is not compatible with your current operating system" If I check the requirements through Impulse, then I get this "Windows XP (32-bit), Server 2003 (32-bit and 64-bit) and Vista (32-bit and 64-bit)" .. Where was this information earlier ? I paid my money and now I feel I've been cheated.&nbs
