Some help in New Users WinCustomize Forums

i need some help with the screenboots. when i download one i can't open it i'm asked to choose a programm from a list or search the web for suitable software. i couldn't find the right one so i'm asking for your help. may i need a program? i aleready have desktopX. Thanks in advance.
