That is the fix. I got an e-mail from Stardock and went and upgraded to ver 4 no problems. I agree seemed funny that we had to get the information from Stardock and not PC Tools. A great example of a great company vs a company. I know for me I am going to go to Webroot as soon as my subscription with PC Tools is done. Stardock you all rock, thanks for hanging in and following up even if the problem was actually not yours.

I got a batch file PC Tools had me run, and no it didn't help. I did try just for giggles uninstalling Norton System Works 2006 and leaving SpyWare Dr in and I still had errors. I have run out of ideas. PC Tools now states well "sorry we couldn't help" we will mention to our development team watch for updates. If anyone wants that batch file to try and see if helps them let me know.<

Well for sure it's Spyware Dr. I also removed it and the errors stopped. PC Tools has all my info now also. I haven't heard from Stardock and I also mentioned to them that it seems to be the Spyware Dr program.

So it's Sypware Doctor and WB. I sent them the all the system info, a exception log. So will see what we can come up with. I really don't want to have to give up one program for another if I can help it. I will let you know if they come up with anything that may be knew for you.

Great I have Spyware Doctor and Norton System Works 2006. I am wondering tho the common denominator of the two of us is Spyware Doctor. Did you by any chance uninstall that to see if was the culprit?

Various applications getting the following application error msg when WB is loaded. As soon as I unload WB these stop. The application may be different but as much as I was able to determine the instruction and referenced memory number is normally the same.
