It looks like it may just be a bad exe. I did a search for stardockdeskscapes.exe in emule & found one that worked just fine. I would think that if it was a bad exe though, that this board would be filled with thousands of similar replies.
I've downloaded it about 10 times. Some from wincustomize & some from stardock, although I'm sure it's from the same place. Same result. I rebooted. I tried compatibility mode for xpsp2. I'm running as administrator. I can't think of anything else. Is anyone who is successfully using this running x86 or is everyone running x64??
Same thing here. I'm running Vista Ultimate X86. This isn't only for x64, is it? I can't believe more people aren't having this error. When I try to install stardockdeskscapes.exe, I get a message saying it's not a valid win32 application. I'm running Vista x86. Is this for x64 only? It doesn't say that. Anyone?
