How to create a BootSkin in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

Hi, I was wondering how to create a bootskin. What program do I use and how do I make it work with BooSkin?

Acces All Windows Icons for easy change in IconPackager WinCustomize Forums

Some Windows Icons are hard to find to change. Is there any feature in Icon Packager that lets me access these hard to find Icons and change them. Ex:file types shortcut overlays(without installing whole package) etc. Basically I want to know an easy way to change each icon individually. I bet there is a feature for this that I'm just overlooking. Thanks,Jon

Download Icon Package and Keep defaults in IconPackager WinCustomize Forums

I was wondering if there was a way to download an icon package, and only use the icon that I want. Or apply a few instead of the whole package. Everytime I load a package it changes any icon it can. I would like it to add the new icons to the windows icons. I don't know if this is possible though. Just asking, Thanks Jon

I just subscribed to WinCustomazation, and paid my $19.99, but what does that allow me to do. Unlimited downloads? Whatever? I don't understand what I paid for. Can anyone explain? Thanks
