Wanted spam free email service in Internet JoeUser Forums

Hey all Can any one of you help me with an email service that doesn't spam its subscriber? Currently I waste enough of my time deleting those unwanted and unnecessary mails. I have shifted from one mail service to another but in vain. Any Answer?
