There are 2 issues then. For quite awhile it was allowing me to quick-build big-ticket items, like the Detrium(sp) factory. Now, it pretty much only works on basic factories, not even solar factories. FURTHER, you can't experiment to see what it'll quick-build, because once you cancel a building, ANY other building you try no-longer gets a quick-build. IE, click to build a basic factory and it's quick-build, but cancel it and then re-do that building and it'll then take the fu

Part way through my game the colonizers ability is no longer giving me a free building when I colonize a new planet. I'm pretty sure during my previous game I colonized even more planets than I did this time and it kept working then.
