It's really a perpetual statement like, "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?" Yes Object Desktop is for Windows. But it would be for OS/2 if OS/2 was where Windows is right now. But it's not. So Stardock made Object Desktop for Windows. But what if Windows bit the dust that OS/2 is lying in? But it didn't. But... So it really doesn't matter WHO is up at the top, as long as they're doing it right.

On newer desktop, XP pro (no SP). On newer laptop, XP home SP2. On old laptop, Win2K Pro. On old desktop, I'm still installing and building it (frickin been there for 2 years). Longhorn not commin' out for a while.

It might be 'alil late to post this so far into the thred but, you should really grammer check the stuff you post. I mean, your plurals were way wrong. Anyways, though it not being hard, I don't think that its worth all the trouble to abandon your good friends the mouse and keyboard for somthing that wasn't supposed to be used on your PC in the first place. I use Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D, two of the top antispyware program out there. (And free) None of them ever complains about Stardock. And I would never ever think Stardock would add spyware to their software. If that happend you can be sure you'd hear about it. </TABLE
