What the hell is up with the background image on that first picture?

The only thing I want to be able to do is place an image behind IconX icons.

You know what I would REALLY like to see in IconX? The ability to add a scalable background to the icons. Ir at least some kind of shape (like a rounded rectangle like you would see on OS X). Maybe a little transparency too... you know, just throwing that out there
