Cannot Drag/Drop if Position is locked in ObjectDock Stardock Forums

Just like the title says. If you have enabled lock icon dragging under position then the ability to drag an item into the dock is broken completely. I would expect the position to be locked (and ofc not be able to add items) but to still be able to drop items into existing icons (the trash for instance)...
