The second beta has been great. The first one was a bit too unstable to work on my messed up laptop but I have had no problems at all with beta 2. The default fences are great. The recent items fence would be fun if that one was auto updated by what was actually recently used as time goes on. Skinability would be nice but I worry over performance of that. If skins were just too much of a load, I'd like to be able to assign colors/transparency seperately to title bar, bord

Its not just microsoft apps dissapearing on me. Google Chrome likes to go missing as well for me. I do have the fingerprint sign on software, but I'd rather use that and just deal with the occasional missing icon if that is what the problem really is.

I found the issue for this on my system. If the dock is on a secondary monitor and the displays are not aligned on the screen tops then the docklets are not draggable. I changed the alignment of my monitors and all is good ( and the seperators showed up as well :) )

I don't think I tried that one. Is there some other voodoo you have to do after you build it and put it in the docklets folder? Some sort of guid or strong name.. anything like that? I tried dropping the dummy docklet folder into the objectdock docklets folder and I don't see an option to add a dummy docklet.

I also have this issue on XP SP3. I use the task bar icons on a non tabbed dock and just simply turn off and back on the taskbar section of the dock and all is well. Darn shame that it has problems with that since its systray is actually much better than the real systray as far as keeping up to date with what is running.

I'd love to see a .net sdk for object dock. I'm sure there are a lot more C# developers out there compared to C++ developers these days. But then again, I'm a C# developer myself and I'd just love to have a chance to play with making some docklets. By the way, I tried to get Littleboy's sdk going for the last hour or two with no luck yet. Is there a version incompatibility with his sdk and the newest objectdock? Is this on a multi-monitor system? I've been having problems with this as well as not seeing separator images when the dock is not on my primary display. If I put the dock on the primary display everything works.
