With Windows 10 I had several toolbars in my taskbar - that is no longer an option with Windows 11. Start 11 helps some with the taskbar layout *but* is there an option to replicate the toolbar option that was available prior to Windows 11?

I am looking for some software that will remember the position and size of an application window across application starts are reboots. Windows attempts to do this reasonably well on a single monitor but with multiple monitors an application that was on monitor 2 may open on monitor 1. thanks for any pointers- if there is something on OD that can do this that I've missed please let me know.
That is sad as that is the primary reason why I have OD.
Will there be an update to Virtual Desktops?
Help. I just purchased Control Center, downloaded and installed via the Stardock Central, rebooted, and LOST all the CC settings from my older 1.92a version of CC. I purchased the new one as I could not register my old license and it was easier to purchase it (and support stardock). Now I find that the new CC looks great ***BUT*** the main reason I have it is for Virtual Desktops and that won't work as it says it requires BANDVWM which I can't find.<br
With the latest beta I am not able to remove icons from the quick start bar and 99% of the time the start->programs list has to be manually closed. When can we expect an update that resolves these annoying issues.
This is an interesting beta and I hope this is a place to provide feedback. 1. when i add or remove programs that is not always reflected in the objectbar quick start or start menu. 2. i have not been able to add or remove from the quick start bar 3. when i remove a program it remains in the start programs list 4. when dragging items from the desktop to the quick start bar they get 'lost' and are never displ
I have found OB to be ok but have a few 'challenges' with it: 1. In the start-programs menu it shows programs that have been removed already 2. I can not remove icon in the quick start bar 3. Virtual desktops are getting better but still have issues when an application is full screen and performs some action 4. Using Lotus Notes 7.0.1 integrated Instant Messaging I've noticed some popups just don't appear (I learn about them w
Thanks - hadn't thought of the theme editor. Issue solved.
I don't see an option to "Hide the windows taskbar" with the version of ObjectBar that I'm using.
On too many occasions OB goes into a "not responding" state. This is with the latest beta. Is this a known issue?
Why does the native windows xp home taskbar continue to display when I have OB active?
I just noticed that the Start menu does not include the "Recent Documents" option. It does include "My Documents" which is not as useful. Is this planned for the final release of OB?
When using the 1.99d beta when I move the cursor over an icon in the OB taskbar the popup is for a different application. I have tried to attach an image showing this when I mouse over the Intel Proset icon the popup is for VAIO Update but I apparently do not know how to include an image.
Just noticed that when running Trillian that it does not stay in the VD in which it is started but moves to each VD as that VD becomes active.
Several issues with OB 1.99d beta: 1. whenever the command prompt is running the OB taskbar is non responsive 2. Virtual desktops are a very poor implementation compared to Control Center. (Is there anyway to get the OB VDs to be more of a clone of CC?) 3. When running Firefox 1.04 moving from the FF VD to another does not work immediately - I have to click in the windows desktop before the VD switches. </fon
I guess the follow on to that question is will Object Bar require the OD product?
To use the beta do I need to have Object Desktop? My need is for a virtual desktop tool - an upgrade from control center.
ObjectBar 2 - sounds interesting. Is there a beta I could join to play with it? Email
Any update on the Control Center tool?
