Can someone please help me on trying to delete wallpapers that ive downloaded so that I can have some room for more mega bytes Email post or email it doesnt matter

I really like the logon screens,but im having problems trying to open it. It will tell me that windows cant open the file and then connect me to a site to open it but im concused then reading some post some peeps say tht you cant load logons unless you have the logon software. how can i get it and help i would like to get a new logon screen
