Create Opponent greyed out? in Twilight of the Arnor GalCiv2 Forums

Hrm. I've just installed ToA but when I go to create a new game, the option to create new opponents is greyed out! Whilst I appreciate the time and effort Stardock put in the races - part of what I enjoyed about DA was being able to replace all the races with ones of my own design. Could someone please enlighten me to why the button is now greyed out? All the best Kweeks
