I see in windowsblinds, you can choose "best theme"...I'm unsure to what it means exactly...isn't it too vague ?

I think that by "best themed", they mean skins that have a strong, unique theme. For example, a standard-looking skin that looks like metal/plastic/glass etc. hasn't really got much of a "theme".

But, for example, that Castle WB skin that was up a few days ago has a strong theme to it (a castle theme). And if that skin was entered into the "best themed WB" event, I imagine that it wouldn't just be judged on how good it looks, but how successfuly, creatively, and throughly it carries its castle theme.
