Just because a new empire calls itself the diplomates doesn't make it home. ;)

I wonder ... If I set up an empire called citizens and another called verterans will all citizens and veterans join them? ;)

Now now, let's just be Diplomatic about this. There's no need to start a Diplomatic row. It's obvious their name is more Diplomatic than their nature. So let's all avoid their recruiting and leave their less than Diplomatic thread in peace...
