Well....think that's a good one.... I was "promoted" to Journeyman access for about 2 weeks, then apparently "DEMOTED" to Citizen on Sunday!!!HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Ah one of 156 people with smaller acct #.

My User is now Unknown (1) and for some reason, My nick is changed, but Welcome still shows XX.

I have a similar issue too:

My User Level is 4

But my Access Level is 1

Due to Subscription rules I should have access to skin ratings.

All these titles are getting confusing...

I'm listed as "Access Level-Master(5) & "User Level-Subsbcriber(5)
Then in posts I'm listed a Citizen, but before I wasn't listed as anything.

Yes, I read all the descriptions in "about site" but they don't make any sense when titles keep changing. And I didn't see a description for subscriber.

So how do we find out once and for all what our real access/user/level or standing is? And it would be great if we had the choice to not even display a title.

ya know, after looking at code for hours on end and everything operating the way it should, then making one change that looks correct (and actually is) that triggers something that was done hours, days if not months back is a pain in the pa-tooty to nail down sometimes.

It also happens.... so ease back, enjoy and things will come around ....

I realize this is an "older" forum post but I hate starting new topics when one already exists. I am actually very upset about this whole issue. I am a current customer of 4 and should thus be a Journeyman (I've been reduced to Citizen status once again and unable to rate), but even when I was Journeyman I still could not change my title from "Citizen" to something customized, and I could not make my personal icon show up in my profile. Can someone please give me an update on this issue? Current customer 4 means I spent some big bucks, guys, and I'd like to reap the benefits of the site since I do not use Joeuser or some of the other perks. Thanks in advance.

I will second that motion Angel. I have the exact same problem....and it's been going on since my post up there^^^^. I was actually told in an email from support that I was "probably" demoted due to some lousy "joke" skins I put out. They've been removed for over a month now, and still nothing.

Angel, I'm a customer 5 and have always been a citizen, don't really expect anything else, I bought ObjectDock and a subscription here, luv the programs and this place, enjoy making screenshots and showing off the talents of others, and I'm making a few friends and learning how to start skinning a few things....Don't really know what's required to move past citizen or really care, I'm just having a great time and puttin' my 2 cents of nonsense in here and there
