Reporting two issues with PROFILE.

1, I cannot update my profile. Instead I get a message, saying: "FilkoSE nickname already exists, choose different nickname".

2, Email address doesn't appear anymore.

My account > personal info > options tab above your name.... hope that helps.

Have no clue about #1.

Change your profile using SDC

Ok Gary,
Going through SDC works, going directly though the home page does not. Why is this so?

Set the SDC web browser home page to www.wincustomize.com. You can make the change in SDC settings if you always want that to be your SDC homepage.

i do on zip them but they dont show up in the program, like all the rest of the stuff does like the cursors go in desktop objects and all the rest but te trails dont go in to the program..................are you snowed in

dianelaurain: The trails have to be unzipped into your CursorXP\Trail folder. They won't show up if they are just in your CursorXP folder.

To actually use the trails you will have to do two things:

1. You will need CursorXP plus. The free version does not support Trails to my knowledge.

2. If you have purchased CursorXP you can set your trails by running the configuration Program. Choose the "Trail" tab and remove the litte cross in "Disable all". After that you can choose your trails from the dropdown list.

I do have cursor xp plus that is why i bought it so i could download these neat trails on wincustmize but after i unzip them they do not go into trails i can only use the ones that are in there. everything else i download goes where it should like desktop objects, windowblinds, even the cursors that i download go into cursorxp plus but the trails are not in there. maybe i should take it out and reinstall it although i did that awile back and nothing changed.

trails don't install themselves automatically (at least not to my knowledge) it is therefore important that you put (unzip) them into your CursorXP\Trail folder. Did you do that?\

Most of the downloadable trails here are cursor-followers. Use the CursorXP configuration program and choose the Trail tab. Make sure that "Disable all" is not ticked. Then set the top most dropdown-menu to "Cursor followers" (I believe it is set to "Particles" by default), then use the dropdown-menu under "Image" to search for the trail you just installed.
