So the option says I can use it to reduce crime on the selected planet, but it never gives any option to select a planet. The popup text says it reduces crime by 5% across all worlds, but I don't see that as taking effect either. What exactly happens with the first option apart from giving 2 precursor nanites? Can this message be fixed?

Hopefully that will be the last issue I see for a while I feel you should send me a free code for the latest expansion pass for all these finds
