Custom Graphics for ships

Hi All,

I'm new to GalCiv, if fact it's my first for 4x game. So far so good I'm having good time, GalCiv is definitely one of those "just one more turn" type of games. I would like to be able to modify the ship graphics, is it possible ? If it is possible what tools do I need ?

Working on something similar myself - although I'm away from my own PC over the holiday, so I'm sadly just surfing the posts...

Check out the "GC Mods" nav bar on the left side of your screen. You're after the "Ship Encoder" posted by CariElf near the top of the page. It comes with basic instructions.
