Manufacturing Stimulus No Stacking v3.96

I did the Research several times to get the Manufacturing Stimulus bonus of 10% for a duration of 15 turns. However, the bonuses do not seem to add up, twice the research should give 20%.


In the planet screen the bonus is counted only once.
It does not seem very logical as a mode of operation.

Why it should? Not sure but I think it extend duration.

I have not tested the result over time, but I think that the duration of the different bonuses overlap in time, making them useless if they are not added, and nothing is specified in the technology tooltip, apart from the term "Capstone".

What does "Capstone" mean in this case?
A clarification on how it works would be welcome.
