Jafo, I think, he thinks he has to pay to download anything..least that's what I got out of it. There really wasn't enough info given to conclude he hit the download limit... but that's probably it, now that I think about it!

Tu as droit a 50 megs gratuits, apres quoi on demande d'aider a payer pour la bande passante du site (tres tres cher) en contribuant un petit 20 dollars pour deux ans. Pas si mal quand meme.
