even though I dont understand why 

\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Galactic Civilizations III\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2012

and:

\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Galactic Civilizations III\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2012

Run vcredist_x64.exe from each"

is listed twice.

I also updated my video drivers, tried to run it as admin, re-installed directX also the Purging game installation step.

it is still not working, and if I understood the Ticket ploicy correct they would not answer if i send something.

I have play the game 2 year ago, and do not own any dlc besides the "ship designers toolbox"

Please help me, thank you.
