First of all, I apologize for my English because I am Belgian and my mother language is French.

I bought the game "Galactic Civilizations III" on 13/04/2018 with all the DLC and until 28/04/2018 the game turned beautifully and I really enjoyed playing it.
But since 28/04/2018 (I do not know why) I have some tooltips, some names of buildings and some options in the tree of technologies that appeared in English.
While I installed the game in French and my option language is good in French.
So now, I do not find it very nice to play with a game in 2 languages, even if English is not too complicated.
I tried by uninstalling the game, I delete all the files of the game to "empty", I reinstalled DLC by DLC, ..... always the same thing, no change.
So if someone to a solution, I take.
I think that this is a cause of the update "Galactic Civilizations III Language Status (Updated April 27th, 2018)" because before that everything was perfect, but I'm not a Professional in this field.
Until that can have a solution, I no longer play the game because I find it uncomfortable to be forced to play with two languages ​​on the interface.
I hope you find the problem quickly because you made a very good game and I'm impatient to play it again.
