Neighbor Bonuses not working properly.

It would be nice if we could get a basic game that works rather than posts about how awesome the game is or tutorials for a broken game.

As you can see below by the image I have several "Ship Construction Improvements" yet the basic factor "All Construction Improvement" only applies to some. Many of the Ship Constructions Improvements act this way.

For some reason they decided to hide the secondary types of improvements for crusade,

so you just dont know which adjencies do work on which improvements.

Hard to say if they wanted the "military"-improvements(planetary shields etc)

to benefit from all-construction and forgot adding the secondary types,

or if it is intentional this way.

 

(So the game works properly, but is pretty bad at telling us what works :/)

All Construction Improvements (I believe) count as Ship Construction and Social Construction, the improvements do gain bonuses from Ship Constructions, so thus should benefit from All Construction.

This could use a pass. Generally, but not always all construction only works one way it usually gives a benefit to other types of construction, but will only get a benefit from all construction. This doesn't work this way consistently. This alone needs proofing.  

The above seems to be the only workable hub like the power plants in three as faras manufacturing with the rest the manufacturing buildings make poor hubs. Versus three what use to be the best planetary resources to get with being lucky to get, or build with a quite a few spaces around it is now useless you get adjancencies with the ability to build only one building you can use. Some of other hubs seem to be like this. wasn't the fusion power plant a 25 percent bonus in two, Anti matter 50 percent, and I guess quantum power plant +1 I guess. In the base game we got adjancency's, but we also got buildings that worked with them. Combining the two ideas we would have hubs that get more powerful with better technologies with being able to surround them with buildings where the adjancencies at least worked. I crusades we don't just have adjancencies that don't work, we also have weaker adjancencie bonuses, and not enough buildings to make this work. 

On top of all this at least consistently have the hubs work. If giving us the hubs first caused this then I would rather have the buildings first. I like the idea of not just having power plants, but other building types to. I also miss other species having different types of hubs, and buildings.
