It seems once you have ultra you don't even need spies, you just steal techs anyway and it seems to work both ways. I have put everything i can into security and i'm losing techs like mad.
do you know whet civ is stealing them ? I don't think it has happened to over several games now
Sometimes i do and sometimes i don't, i just know its annoying as hell and makes me want to not play the game.
Once you achieve any level, I assume pulling the spies makes no difference? And when can you steal, only ultra?
I’ve never had this happen to me what races are you playing against? I’ve played of numerous difficulty levels and against many different races.
Also I believe there is an option to turn this off I don’t think I am playing with it selected off I’ve just never had it happen.
