fences showing wrong background

My background changes every 5 min, but fences 3 will not update.

Is there a setting that I must toggle or is this a problem with fences??

If you turn off translucent fences you should be fine.

I have the same issue with it showing the wrong background on my Windows 10 computer.  "If you turn off translucent fences you should be fine."  as suggested by one person only gets rid of the translucency, it does not however fix the issue.  I like the Translucency option on Windows 10 and would like it to work correctly.  Is there an actual fix for this issue that makes it work correctly?  Telling us to "turn it off" is not acceptable.

Microsoft has made changes to the operating system that are preventing this feature to work as designed.  We are trying to work with them on issues they cause and trying to work around them.
