New star names for the game

I was disappointed by most of the user created star names in the game and so I edited the list and here you go. There are only 1117 star names on this list.

Does this add or change the defaults? I liked the obscure references some had.

By defaults, if you mean the home planets to the various races in the game... then no, it does not change any.  Otherwise,  the vast majority of names were taken out. Added are names from Star Trek, Star Wars... and other pop culture ideas.

I know there are a lot, but if you have a list of them done you should post it on here, or on Nexus for us to checkout and decide with.

I did not mean the race planet names, as that would just be weird. I did mean the default other systems. And yes, that answers my question.

I love the founder names.  However I did grab one of the lists out there with >7000 names and added that as a mod.  The founder names are even better as a spice rather than the main flavor of a stew.
