[BUG | Beta Opt-In 1.03 | SOLVED] Mods Stopped Working

Galactic Civilization 3 Updates and Mods stop working

I was working on my mod, a ship appearence thingy, when GalCiv3 decided to patch, no biggy I thought, but when I get in game all my custom ship appearences are gone, and the other mod I am using, for more map colours has stopped working too.

Info:

Opted into the beta

Using mods:

PaletteOverhaul - by me.

Map Colours - Standard - by Ave

I was just playing with all the mods working, and then it patched, and now they are gone.
I have mods enabled in options.
For safety I restarted, I verified that my mod xml was correct, will try removing my mod from the mods folder and see if it still runs with Ave's, which I know works.
I turned mods off, restarted, turned them back on and restarted again, no luck.

Some help would be really nice, now that I think about it, this should go in support.

Just checked it's working again generating a new galaxy. Tried with a quick start, 25 (26 counting yourself) players on Immense. Didn't do a "Colonize All" but there were at least 800-1000. Mini map was full. It's working again after the last patch update.

most the time true but this time the save games started with mods were working while a new game  with mods was not. I had Trouble but was able to track it down to the ship blueprint file. All seem to be working ATM.

Yes updated correctly. Also did a Steam-check and it re-installed 7 files. No changes to multiplayer. All mod-factions do run on singleplayer, but hangup game at multiplayer start.

Fix works for me, even with old save. Dunno if some more complex mods require restart though, mine has just some simple color changes atm.

Aside from adding some races with the awesome pics in the modding section with the in game race creator and BuckGodot's map mod I'm not making any major changes yet either until the patching slows down some. Brad's 1.1 sounds awesome but I'm not sure how far out his time-frame is on that. I'm sure I'll add some more mods before then anyway, but I also want to hold off on any major overhauls until I know things won't be broke again too quickly. With adding mods it's to be expected of course so we do know what to expect. I'm sure once they get that settled we won't see that many patches that break basic mods until expansions start coming out. Depending on the mod of course.
