failed to initialize display

can't start play

when i run GalCIv3,error occors like this，and the game stop to respond .My System is WIn7 64bit,Graphics hardware is AMD Radeon Hd 6850,Cpu Amd Phenom II X6 1100，resolution is1680*1050
