This is not a gunboat, and it is the wrong colour for a pirate:

The Exis have been destroyed, yet their ships remain (with pirate icons):
When a faction is destroyed the remaining ships become pirates.

Still doesn't explain the constructor labelled as a gunboat though...
And shouldn't they turn white to be in line with the rest of the pirates? That would simplify matters.
You have another ship in the fleet, is that the constructor?. I noticed the support ships tend to trump the fighting ships for ship icons. For instance, if I have a troop transport my icon will be the trooop transport.
