Hi guys,

like the title implies im curios about the building upgrade "Innovation complex" gained by the research of "Neuro Linking" and have a couple questions here.

-  the discription says "make labatories more efficient an boosts research", but the bonus you get is planetwide influence bonus 75% !! and +3 raw research bouns to adjacent squares

So is this improvment working as intended? the prequel to this Building gives a 50% Bonus to planetwide research not influence.

On the other hand is this Building supposed to be a one of a kind building like the manufacturing capital?

I have experienced that if set right you can build one of a kind buildings on multiple planets and get the bonus as long as the Building is not completed on one planet.

if this issue was actually been adresse please link it so i can review it.
