We already have a Ship Designs thread, so why not also have an epic spatial battle thread? I noticed people were already posting screenshots of their custom designed ships doing battle on the Steam community forums so why not here as well?

Let's post some screenshots of the epic moments our fleets do battle in. Or if you really want to please watchers like Stardock today with their Dev stream featuring epic battles, make a Youtube video featuring a battle or two with the current beta 4 battle viewer. This way we can gawk in amazement at custom ship designs doing battle, see if we spot any bugs, discuss mechanics and should changes come around to the battle viewer we can look back here in the future.

If you have a custom ship design, mention also what weapons you've armed your ship with. This way we can learn to differentiate the weapons by name, not just by the color of the beams or size of the missile and in the future will be able to differentiate when ships are armed with support modules for combat as well.

As for the first video why not Stardock's cinematic teaser for the current beta 4 battle viewer  :
