Influence planet flipping notifications

When I gain a planet through cultural influence flipping, there's a popup window that notifies me of the event.  However, in my current game, I lost a planet due to culture flipping, and did not notice any such notification window letting me know I lost it.  Has anyone else seen this?  I just happened to notice it, probably a few turns after it happened.

I know the planet icon has a countdown timer on it if your colony is in another civ's ZoC.  Easy to miss.

I gave Mars to Iridia and got a planet from them. I put up a culture starbase nearby and got it back about 10 turns later. Whats odd is the icon for the planet is still iridia....

I don`t think there is a notice for losing a planet. Paul lost Earth in his Play threw and did not catch it till later.

There should definitely be notifications for losing a planet.  One for when your planet is in danger of flipping, and then another after it flips.

I got a notification for losing planet.  Tested this today.  Just a pop up like when you flip a planet.

You need to build something, anything, and it will flip to your colors. Or, you can destroy something already built by the other race, and it will change.
