Elite Founders Edition question

Hello,

 

I recently bought the Elite Founders edition via a retail store. Got the Steam key, activated it on Steam and now I have no clue how to really activate it on the Stardock website or forums. There's also no 'View CD Key' after right-clicking on the game in my library.

 

I want my badge! :'(

Hello,

I bought it online on G2A.com, a website where I practically purchase all my games on. It's not on there anymore so it was obviously limited, but it was. Plus, it's perfectly legal as far as I know.

Might not be an ACTUAL retail store, but I've paid a decent amount of money for it fair and square either way. I'm not sure how any of this is even remotely relevant to my question, though.

did you install and run the game? when you run the game it will prompt you for a stardock account name this will cause you to become registered

it was relevent to the fact that as far as the community knows galciv 3 is not a physical object and will only be released by digital distrubition. retail stores deal in physical objects and if you bought galciv 3 at a retail store then you were most likely scammed or misinformed.

however after you clarified that you bought a cd key and not a boxed game that eases our worries

Oh, my bad. Any who, when I fired up the game I don't recall it asking me for any login details. I could be wrong, though, because I don't quite remember. What I do know for 100% is that it is the Founder's Elite Edition, as Steam says it is. 

Now, after submitting a ticket, someone is currently handling it and hopefully it'll get solved very soon! :)

With the beta, the activation box is removed.  If anyone else first installs their Founder's Elite version after the beta, they will need to contact support.

Sorry to crash the party this late in the alpha(now beta), but as of today, august 23rd it is not fixed.

So any help would be gratly appreciated.

p.s. I've already submted a ticket, so I'll be back to see if this works
