I have been through Battles initiated by me and initiated by the Drengin.
After wards I have not been told what happened. For those that do not want this info may want to make a checkbox in setting to not show battle outcomes data.
The battle placeholder is very weak. There are many issues being raised on it. However, there have been promises of great things when the full battle support feature is included in the beta 3 build (per current schedule, updated 8/14/2014).
(I think defense won't regenerate per round like before, but per battle.)
