Could you please make it where when you're playing GalCiv3 you can use the page up and page down keyboard keys to do the same thing that the mouse wheel scroll up and scroll down does?  My mouse scroll wheel only works every so often, other times it doesn't work right, and that's all the time not just in this game.  I use pgup and pgdn keys all the time in Civ5 now since I had this problem on my old mouse, and with the new mouse I bought it started happening again.  

Mouse scroll wheel problems are pretty common, so it's good for a game that relies upon scroll wheel to zoom in and zoom out to have the page up and page down keys do the same thing.
