Stardock will be closed for Easter weekend starting on Friday, April 3rd and we will be returning on Tuesday, April 7th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time, but expect delays in responses during this time.

Which forum are we supposed to use?

Early Access Feedback or Support?

I see people posting Alpha 0.0.2.0 problems in the Support forum, where I had thought we were supposed to report problems here.  Which forum would you (Stardock) prefer us to use?  Thanks.

You should be using Early Access Feedback  for any kind of bug reports or feedback I think.

Support would be more used in the future when people have questions or issues about installing or using the game.

They said the Early Access Feedback in their posting. I posted in the support forum, because I ended up with no response in the feedback forum. I'm sure they will re-post or move things if it become too much for them. I would have chosen technical bug posts be in the support and feedback / general issues in the feedback forum.

But I think support is more for you cannot get the game to run and need support I'm sure they will tell us which they prefer soon.

edit: FE wanted things in the support forum, which confuses me now.

The support forum would be more suited to items where people need help with something.  The Early feedback forum is best for just that.....feedback.
