Specified Randomness to Skirmishes

Yeah I didn't know how to title it.

I'm sure this was brought up already and I didn't see it. I would really like the ability to select random for individual slots instead of all random or all picked. I want to be able to set up a session where I can pick a few races I want in and then have 2 or 3 that are random. On of the picks couls simply be random.
